Eggs Benedict {Foodie Foto Friday}

This weeks Foodie Foto is quite possibly the best breakfast ever. It has taken over from the Full English.
We first discovered Eggs Benedict the day before I went into labour with Harry.
We dropped Charles off at my mums and popped to a lovely little restuarant in a park, which we'd previously visited with Charles, for breakfast. Whilst I ate pancakes and Eton Mess (yes, for breakfast) my husband opted for Eggs Benedict and since then has loved it. We prefer it served with Brioche rather than English Muffins.
It's one of those breakfasts that I could eat, and eat, and eat over and over again.
Mmmmmmm.
